As soon as I started going to the gym and bodybuilding, I was already taking bodybuilding products. I was very uneducated about supplements and thought that they would literally just force my body to grow bigger.

I continued using protein powder like this for roughly 5 weeks before getting really depressed about my minimal gains. When I had started I though it was going to be really easy and that the supplements would build the muscle for me.
